It’s important to keep you body and mind healthy. Here are a few things I found to be really helpful.
Freshly – Can’t recommend this service enough. I’m super busy and choose to focus on work rather than cooking good healthy meals. And fast food gets old really quick. So I researched all the meal prep delivery options and Freshly beat everyone on price (~$10/meal). After eating their meals for the past couple months my diet has been the best it’s ever been because I’m for sure eating 1 full balanced, filling meal per day, and the best part is there is no cooking or cleanup required. The portions are on point too, but I usually like to add some toast or some other bread product. After 3-ish minutes in the microwave you’re eating a full on steak dinner or one of the other multiple options available on their site that can be delivered right to your door every week. Use this link and get $40 off your first week of food!
